My goal is to support you and show you the compassion that you can learn to show yourself. Through the skills and perspectives you gain here, you can start to feel more in control and choose how you move forward with intention.

I want you to feel heard just as much as you feel helped.  My approach is collaborative, because you are the expert on your own experience.  Our combined expertise is what helps us work toward the growth you want.  This comes from having a connection and relationship with me in which you feel understood and supported.  The space we create together is one where you will feel safe doing the hard work of healing and growing.

  • It can be hard to tease apart anxiety and your gut. Get help with overthinking, worry & feeling out of control. Let’s turn down all the noise to focus on what matters most.

  • Painful experiences can be a major part of life and who we are, but they don’t have to define you. Reclaim your story, & feel in control through healing, & focus on what is important to you.
