  • I don’t believe that anxiety ever fully subsides and I don’t think it should. Anxiety gives us so much information about what is important. Plus it may be what has helped you get to where you are. But we can learn how to better manage it and focus on what truly matters to you so that it rides shotgun instead of in the driver’s seat

  • No. You will have a say in what changes you want to make.  At most, I will question and encourage considering different options.

  • That’s a great question.  We will work to find what has been working for you and what hasn’t and go from there.  Some things you may be ready to tweak, while others may be out of our control.
